SCL Forensics at ASCLD 2026 ●
SCL Forensics will attend the 53rd Annual American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD) Symposium, the premier gathering for forensic laboratory leadership navigating change, complexity, and the future of forensic science.
Centered on this year’s theme, Breaking Barriers: Leading Through Uncertain Times, the symposium convenes laboratory directors and deputy directors to address the evolving challenges facing modern crime labs, ranging from operational demands and accreditation pressures to advancing technology and workforce sustainability.
From May 19 – 21, SCL Forensics will be on-site as a vendor exhibitor, engaging directly with lab leadership to discuss firearms and toolmark examination services, quality management support, and specialized forensic consulting. Founder Stephanie Luehr will be attending alongside Eric Freemesser, reinforcing SCL Forensics’ hands-on, practitioner-driven approach to forensic services.
While not presenting this year, SCL Forensics’ presence reflects a deliberate investment in building trusted relationships with laboratories seeking reliable, experienced partners during a time of uncertainty and change.
